Les Parigotes can accept orders with delivery only in the territories indicated in the national and European options provided in the order form. And ' right to Les Parigotes not to accept orders for delivery in the islands or remote locations. For each order placed , Les Parigotes will issue an invoice , sending it via e-mail at the address indicated in the purchasing , pursuant to Article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and DL 52 /2004. For the issuance of the invoice, to the information provided dall'Cliente when ordering. No change in the bill will be possible after the issuance thereof .
The products ordered will be delivered as soon as possible , normally within 3-6 working days. Les Parigotes agrees to comply with , such as maximum time of delivery, a period not exceeding 30 days , except in cases of force majeure. The maximum delivery time is calculated from the day when Les Parigotes receive payment. If the delay exceeds 30 days, the customer will be contacted to be informed of the expected delivery date . The cost of delivery of the Products shall be borne by the customer , subject to any promotions or exclusions expressly indicated at the time of purchase.
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer at the time of the purchase order by a carrier commissioned by Les Parigotes .
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document in advance by e-mail , that the packaging is intact , including the sealing materials ( strapping tape or metal ) .
Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately notified . Once signed the slip , the customer can not make any objection on the external characteristic of the delivered . Any problems concerning the physical , correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 8 days after delivery, by e- mail at amministrazione@lesparigotes.com or info@lesparigotes.com
