Exchanges  and returns

You can return any product within 14 working days from the delivery date without any penalty except for the types of products for which this is expressly excluded and except as described in the following sections.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal must be expressed via e-mail within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to the email address info@lesparigotes.com.

You will need to send the products within 10 days of receipt of the same. to:

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions :

The law applies to product purchased in its entirety, it can be exercised only on the withdrawal of the product ( eg, components, accessories, etc ...) ;

according to the law , the right of return does not apply to a customized product ;

items must be returned in their original packaging , unworn and with the original tags attached ;

the shipping costs for return of the goods shall be borne by the Customer;

The shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the full responsibility of the customer ;

if the goods are damaged in transit, Les Parigotes will notify the Customer (within 5 working days of receipt of goods in their stores) , to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement value of the asset (if insured), in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for the return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;

Les Parigotes not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;

on his return , the product will be inspected for any damages not caused by transport .

Les Parigotes will refund the customer the full amount paid within 30 days of return of goods by following the transfer of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case , the Buyer shall promptly provide to the bank on which the reimbursement ( IBAN of the account of the invoice) .

The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents), in cases where it finds Les Parigotes integral elements of the product ( accessories, parts , ...) and / or damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
